We offer a 7-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in unopened original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. Proof of purchase is required. The following items cannot be returned: Arctic Leopard eMotos (any model), batteries, and used or modified components

To initiate a return, please email erideshawaii@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before shipping. Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for creating and sending your own return shipping label to our designated return address.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Wholesale Orders

All sales made to wholesale or dealer accounts are final.
No returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at erideshawaii@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
