Refund & Return Policy

At ErideSLA, and Erides Hawaii we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products include large electric vehicles and specialty equipment, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

By placing an order on www.eridesla.com, you agree to the terms below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • The item must be in new and resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products modified or altered by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Go karts once production has started

Because go karts are often produced or prepared specifically for each order, they may not be canceled once manufacturing or shipment preparation begins.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Because many of our products are large and require freight shipping, return shipping fees may be significant.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement parts, repair, replacement product, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours:

  • Orders may already be processed or shipped

  • Cancellation may not be possible

  • A restocking fee may apply

Delivery Refusals

If a customer refuses delivery of an order:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • A restocking fee may apply

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment must be rerouted or returned, additional shipping fees may apply.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact ErideSLA support before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases.
